sf to 10,786 sf.

Phase 3 – consists of 49 units. They are also
2-storey bungalows, with a launching price of
RM989,155 to RM149,860. The built-up area ranges
from 4,117 sf to 5,960 sf, while the land size
ranges from 5,597 sf to 7,319 sf.

Phase 3A consists of 49 bungalows and 140
semi-detached houses. The bungalows were priced at
RM989,155 to RM1,489,860 while the semi-detached
houses originally cost between RM661,600 to
RM861,300.

Phase 4 is called The Grandeur. It consists of 3
different types of lots – raised plateau lots,
pavilion lots, and forest ridge lots. The raised
plateau lots are great for pragmatic layouts. The
pavilion lots are good for those who want to
install pools, or great verandahs and courtyards.
The Forest Ridge Lots are good for those who are
interested in a hillside lifestyle.

Phase 5 consists of bungalows with built-ups of
3,318 to 4,592 sf. The original price for these
were RM1,220,953 to RM2,591,818.

Phase 6 consists of 3 different sections. Phase
6B(I) have 19 bungalows with built-ups of 4,176 sf
and a land area of 4,478 sf. The prices for these
bungalows range from RM1,586,000 to RM,3,354,000.
Phase 6B(II) has 17 bungalows with similar
built-ups and land area size, but were slightly
cheaper as they started from RM1,436,900.

Phase 7 consists of 4 different sections. Phase 7A
are 1.5 and 2-storey semi-detached houses with
built-ups of 2,726 – 3,335 sf. They started from
RM894,567. Phase 7B has 55 2-storey semi-detached
houses with built-ups of 3,123 – 3,535 sf and a
land area between 3,498 – 5,971 sqf. The original
prices were between RM1,008,80 to RM1,387,100.

Phase 7C consists of 2-storey bungalows with
built-ups of 3,072 – 4,590 sf and were priced
between RM1.5 million to just under RM2 million.
The last area of Phase 7 are 2.5 semi-detached
houses with built-ups of 4,909 – 4,974 sf. The
prices here are in the RM1.6 million mark.

Phase 8 consists of semi-detached houses and
bungalows while phase 9 is planned to have
bungalows starting from RM1,190,000.

Setia Eco Park is a fully gated and guarded
community, with 24-hour security services, card
access, and each home has its own individual
security system. As this estate has been built
with the environment in mind, and has been proven
by winning the World`s Best Master Plan
Development award by the Federation of
International Real Estate (FIABCI) Prix
